Picture is nowhere near where we actually are, it's on the opposite coast but they havent got one of Whangarei.
We have been doing quite a bit of walking here as there's not much to do in the town itself apart from sit by the wharf and get a tan (which we did yesterday!)
We have walked to the kiwi house and museum but didn't see a kiwi : (.
Today we have been to the Whangarei waterfall, apparently the most photogenic waterfall in New Zealand, however, they haven't had any rain here for 5 months so it was a disappointing trickle!!!
Not much else to report, off to the Bay of Islands tomorrow for beach, swimming with dolphins and sandboarding!woo!and Hobson's big 22!
