A boat, A bus and another boat later, We finally arrived in Koh Sumui!! Sumui was pretty much like the other islands but it was alot more built up and quite tacky! MacDonald's Aplenty!! Which wasn't such a bad thing as iam really sick of bad Thai food now and really would kill for some good old English food!! Our hotel was pretty nice and seemed to be in a good position this time!! Which is very unlike us as we normally book places in the arse end of nowhere!! That night it all become clear , we were at the end of the only gay club street but not really a problem.! So in the evenings we did our usual go out and drink buckets and be merry!! Thailand has massive ladyboy ( and prostitute) Culture, i had seen a few ladyboys in the street, but 1 night we decided to go to a Ladyboy Show!! It was a bad cheesy cabriolet show were they just danced and mimed to Mariah carey, Whitney and Kylie!! Some of the ladyboys were stunning !! i would kill for a body like that!! There was one that was beautiful i was memorised by by her/him!! i can see why some men get caught in some awkward situation until its too late, it can be really hard to tell!! Especially after a few buckets!! It's funny when u see theses old men with theses beautiful Thai women,thinking they are all cool ...when really we all know you paid for it!! And it could actually be a man!! The 3rd day in sumui me ,sarah and ellie went on a day trip to see some sights! We went to see the grandmother and grand farther rocks,Which is basically a rock shaped like men and lady bits!!! Some very comical photo poses!! We were then taken to a beautiful temple that had a dead, sorry mummified monk inside.The monk was a famous monk who at the age of 90 died at the temple while meditating!!! So they just stuck him in a glass box for everyone to see!! He has been there for 80 years now!! It's not funny ..... but as now his eyes have rotted away ..He is wearing RayBan's!! We also went to a monkey show and got to hold a monkey! Well i say hold, it sat on your shoulder and under no circumstances were you aloud to touch it or it would bite you!! last part of the tour we went to see the Big Buddha.In Thailand before you enter most buildings you have to take your shoes off!! As it was a really hot day the floor was Boiling!! To go and see this Buddha we had to literally run,Stand in pain then run back!! The Thai people were wetting them selves.Only when we got back did we see the sign saying...During hot days shoes may remain on!! Great i got blisters on my feet for that Buddha!! Iam really in the habit of taking my shoes off now thou, I bet i get back go to bluewater and take them off before i go in to Topshop!! Next stop Koh Tao!!
